The place was fairly clean and we loved king room. The location was perfect there, on the river. Lucky that it was at a short distance from Maxims, offering food to go.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

Pleasant staff, provided useful info. I enjoyed the lounge area during the breakfast.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms, including a large bedroom, ensuite, vanity area, and a second room with a comfortable lounge. The staff are extremely helpful, and the basic amenities are provided with attention to detail. The location right on the canal and close to the adjoining university hospital is a bonus. The breakfast, included in the price, offers plenty of choice and has a lovely view of the river.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

Fairly clean hotel in a very good building just off the restaurant, the airport and train station. Spacious room with a bedroom, closet space, as example. With an electric kettle and glassware. Stunning location nice by the lake.

The location was stunning, not too far from St Stephens. Plus, it was near to the restaurant.
